I'm Chelsea West, a bookkeeper with over five years of experience, working with small businesses across a variety of industries. After a decade of successfully running two businesses—including West End Vans, which I sold in 2023—I transitioned to full-time bookkeeping in 2024. Managing my own books throughout my entrepreneurial journey sparked a passion for helping others take control of their finances and grow with confidence.

I began my bookkeeping career at a firm where I managed a diverse set of clients, including coffee shops, restaurants, a theater, a marina, and an interior design company. This experience gave me a strong foundation in handling different business models and financial needs. In early 2026, I also worked under a CPA assisting with 2025 tax preparation, giving me valuable insight into the full accounting cycle from day-to-day bookkeeping through year-end filing.

I'm proficient in QuickBooks Desktop and Online, QuickBooks and Gusto Payroll, and advanced Excel functions. I provide weekly or monthly financial reports tailored to each company’s unique needs, ensuring clear, actionable insights for your business.

When I'm not working with numbers, you'll find me outdoors—traveling, rock climbing, or hiking.
